Boosted by the first round of battles on "The Voice," NBC was the Monday night ratings victor again, according to early numbers from Nielsen.
The network drew 13 million viewers and a rating of 4.0 in the key 18-49 age group demographic, though NBC's numbers may be adjusted downward later because some NBC programming was preempted by the "Monday Night Football" game in Indianapolis. Assuming the numbers hold, that's the fourth straight Monday night win for NBC.
"The Voice" was the most watched telecast of the night with an average of 13.8 million viewers and an 18-49 rating of 4.5, down slightly from last week. Meanwhile, "The Blacklist," the FBI thriller series starring James Spader, increased its demo rating 3% to a 3.2.

A ratings point equals about 1.3 million viewers.
ABC had "Dancing with the Stars" and "Castle," both of which improved compared with last week. "DWTS" was up 5% among 18-to-49-year-olds with a 2.1, while "Castle" grew its rating by 16% to a 2.2. ABC's average viewership was 12.2 million, making it the second-most-watched network of the night.
CBS' Mondays look like they've stabilized after last week's shakeup.
CBS canceled the low-rated comedy "We Are Men" and moved "Two Broke Girls" into its 8:30 p.m. time slot. In that position, "Two Broke Girls" drew 31% more viewers than "We Are Men" and was 39% better in the 18-49 demographic with a 2.5. It also improved on its own 9 p.m. performance last week by about 9% in 18-49.
